Genshin Impact has finally introduced a non-Cryo character from Mondstadt for the first time since Albedo's release in Version 1.1: Dahlia! He's a four-star Hydro sword character, and also serves as a deacon at the Church of Favonius.
Secretly a good friend of Barbatos, Dahlia features prominently in the Paralogism Archon Quest, relaying information between Venti and the people of Mondstadt. For those who are adding this interesting character to their team, this guide will be a vital resource.

Gemstones - Where to Find Varunada Lazurite
Varunada Lazurite is the elemental gem used by all Hydro characters. Much of it will be obtained by defeating bosses, but some can be found in other ways as well. Here's a list of the bosses who can drop it:

Local Specialty - Where to Find Calla Lilies
Calla Lilies are a nice orange flower that mostly only grows in Mondstadt, though players can also grow some in the Serenitea Pot. Much of it is dotted around the ponds of Springvale, though it can be found all across the Nation of Freedom.
Players can also purchase it from Flora. She sells 5 of them for 1,000 Mora each, and restocks every three days.

Enemy Drop - Where to Find Hilichurl Shooter Arrowheads
Players shouldn't have much problem farming Hilichurl Arrowheads, as Hilichurl Shooters can be found almost everywhere in abundance. These are the common enemy drops used in Dahlia's ascension and talent upgrades. At higher levels, they can drop better and better items:

Trounce Materials - Eroded Scale-Feather
Despite his close association with the Mondstadt quest Paralogism, which introduced the Game Before the Gate trounce around the same time as Dahlia's release, he strangely uses trounce drops from Natlan's trounce domain Stone Stele Records. Players can unlock this domain by finishing the Natlan Archon Quest, or they can challenge it in solo mode only by using the Quick Challenge function after reaching AR40.
The specific drop used by Dahlia is the Eroded Scale-Feather.
