HoYoverse's Genshin Impact continues to be one of the most successful free-to-play games in 2024 with millions of active users. Genshin Impact Version 5.0 introduced the long-awaited Natlan region on August 28, and the region's main storyline will continue in Version 5.1 on October 9. As anticipation for the new update grows, fans in the UK were also looking forward to the Genshin Concert Tour event at the OVO Arena Wembley in London, which was scheduled for October 29. However, fans in London will need to wait an additional five months before they're able to attend the concert.
The London Genshin Impact concert will now take place on March 29, 2025, at the Eventim Apollo venue, according to the game's official Twitter account. In an official notice released by Concertbüro Zahlmann GmbH, it's explained that HoYoverse and the organizers ran into logistical challenges regarding the OVO Arena Wembley venue, along with "unavoidable scheduling conflicts" that made it impossible to hold the Genshin Concert Tour show on its original date. Fortunately, Genshin Impact fans who already purchased tickets will receive new e-tickets via email for the new venue automatically. These tickets will be delivered as soon as possible, but the notice notes that these tickets could take a few days or weeks to be sent out, similar to the rollout of Genshin Impact and McDonald's collaboration codes.

Before the year is over, the Genshin Concert Tour will head to Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Germany, and France this November and December. The tour's second-to-last stop will be at Madison Square Garden in New York in January.
