Chiori in Genshin Impact is a fascinating character, being the first character from Inazuma to become playable during the Fontaine arc. Released in Version 4.5, Chiori is a Geo sword character who dual-wields weapons and whose combat style is themed around fashion, tailoring, and clothes design! This is perfect, as she's a famed fashion designer who owns and operates the Chioriya Boutique in Fontaine.

Players who enjoy Chiori's combat style and would like to add her to their team will need to level her up, which will require ascending her at certain thresholds. To do this, they'll need the items listed in this guide.

Local Specialty - Dendrobium Locations

For a long time, Kujou Sara was the only character who used Dendrobium in their ascension, but now Chiori has joined her. These red flowers are found only in Inazuma, and more specifically, mainly on Kannazuka and Yashiori Island. Check around the Maguu Kenki's battle arena and the sandbars that comprise Nazuchi Beach for most of these flowers.

Enemy Drop - Where to Find Specter Drops

Specters are somewhat annoying enemies to defeat, but their drops are needed to ascend Chiori and upgrade her talents. Many of them can be found in Inazuma, and a handful are also dotted around Sumeru.

At higher levels, Specters can drop better materials:

Boss Drop - How to Get Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelia

Though most of the Chiori mats can be found in Inazuma, her boss drop is found in Fontaine. The Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelia is obtained by defeating, fittingly, Coppelia of the Icewind Suite. Speak with Maillardet near the Opera Epiclese and ask for "Dirge of Coppelia."

Talent Books - Light

The Inazuman domain called Violet Court is the source of all Inazuma talent books, including the Light series that Chiori needs. This specific series is available on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Trounce Materials - Lightless Silk String

For the last Chiori material, players will need to head back to her new home region, Fontaine. The trounce domain Shadow of Another World is the source of Lightless Silk String, which is obtained by defeating the trounce boss, the All-Devouring Narwhal.
