A Genshin Impact player has recently compiled data about all dialogue in the game before the current 4.0 version, ranking the chattiest characters. Obviously, the often controversial companion Paimon had to be left out of the list, or other characters would not stand a chance.
Genshin Impact was originally released back in 2020, and it has become one of the most popular games in the world since then. The title just launched the Fontaine update, bringing a whole new country for players to explore. Now, one gamer decided to track the title’s data regarding conversations from up to that point.
A fan called Displacedindavis ranked how many voiced lines every Genshin Impact gets and, unsurprisingly, Archons were at the top of the list, with the Dentro Archon Nahida being the character with the most dialogue, having almost 1400 lines. She’s closely followed by the Anemo Archon Venti, then Kaeya, Albedo, and Kaedehara Kazuha. At the very bottom of the list is Mika, who was released this year.
Apart from this information, Displacedindavis also divided the dialogue into several different kinds of quests, which helps other Genshin Impact fans see when a character stands out. For instance, Nahida continues to be the chattiest character when considering only Archon quests, which makes sense, but Venti only reaches the fourth place. Looking only at story quests, Nahida goes to the third spot, while Yoimiya and the Raiden Shogun get the top. Players who played many hangouts will not be surprised to see Noelle at the top of the category, and Albedo is by far the character that talks in limited events the most, having over 800 lines that players will no longer be able to see.
Now, Genshin Impact players can explore the Fontaine region, which brings a few new characters to the game such as Lynette, Freminet, Charlotte, and Arlecchino, for instance, as well as a new Archon Quest focused on the Hydro nation. While some of the old characters may get a few lines during this expansion, it’s fair to hope that new ones will take the place of some fan favorites at the top of the list.
Genshin Impact is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices. A Switch version is in development.
