Where To Get Brilliant Diamonds For Traveler's Ascension - Genshin Impact

All the playable characters in Genshin Impact require a special elemental gem that corresponds to their Vision's element when they ascend. The one unique standout is the Traveler, who doesn't use any of those elemental stones and instead requires Brilliant Diamonds.

These gems are only used by the Traveler, which is fortunate, since they're only found in one place, unlike the other elemental gems, which have many sources. This guide will outline how to find Brilliant Diamonds and how many of them are used for each ascension level.

How Many Brilliant Diamonds Are Needed?

Despite needing a unique gem, the Traveler uses the same qualities and quantities at the same ascension levels as the other characters.

The number and type needed per ascension level are as follows:

Brilliant Diamond Sources

Every Brilliant Diamond will be obtained from the same source: The Adventurers' Guild. These gems serve as rewards when reaching certain Adventure Ranks. Brilliant Diamonds are among the rewards for each of the following Adventure Ranks:

	AR 25		2x Brilliant Diamond Fragment
	AR 26		2x Brilliant Diamond Fragment
	AR 28		2x Brilliant Diamond Fragment
	AR 30		2x Brilliant Diamond Fragment
	AR 35		3x Brilliant Diamond Chunk
	AR 38		3x Brilliant Diamond Chunk
	AR 40		3x Brilliant Diamond Chunk
	AR 41		2x Brilliant Diamond Gemstone
	AR 42		2x Brilliant Diamond Gemstone
	AR 45		2x Brilliant Diamond Gemstone

Ascension Quests must be completed to level up Adventure Rank at certain levels. This occurs at AR 25, AR 35, AR 45, and AR 50.

Because the exact number of necessary gems are given out as rewards, lower-level Brilliant Diamonds cannot be crafted into higher-level ones like the other elemental gems.
