Citlali is a decent Support in Genshin Impact. Unlike other Cryo units in the game, Citlali directly shred enemies’ resistance to Hydro and Pyro, which is not her Elements. This makes her a great option to include in Freeze and Melt teams in Genshin Impact.
Just like any other character in the game, building Citlali with the best build allows her to shine as a Support instead of being a mediocre one. While her kit has Cryo applications and debuffs, she still can offer some buffs that greatly help her team in Genshin Impact.

Citlali Best Artifact In Genshin Impact
Citlali is a reliable shielder in Genshin Impact. For that, giving her as much Elemental Mastery as possible is the best way to build Citlali in Genshin Impact. Starting from her artifact sets, build Citlali with 4pc of Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City to take advantage of her Nightsoul’s Blessing state. It will grant an enormous amount of DMG to the allies that trigger an Elemental reaction with Citlali. You can also build Citlali with 4pc of Noblesse Oblige since it’s a universal set for supports and it’s easy for Citlali to cast her Elemental Burst in Genshin Impact.
If you want to maximize Citlali’s Elemental Mastery, go for 2pc sets that offer 80 Elemental Mastery, like Gilded Dreams, Flower of Paradise Lost, and Wanderer's Troupe. You can even build Citlali with 4pc of Gilded Dreams if her team didn’t have any Cryo users in Genshin Impact. That will increase her Elemental Mastery by an extra 150 every time her team triggers a reaction.
For stats, focus on building Citlali’s Energy Recharge to make sure she can cast her Elemental Burst on every rotation. After that, add as much Elemental Mastery as possible to strengthen her shield and DMG.
Citlali Best Weapon In Genshin Impact
To maximize Citlali’s Elemental Mastery, build Citlali with Starcaller's Watch in Genshin Impact. Her best-in-slot Catalyst will grant her the ability to continuously buff the active character’s DMG by 28%. This further adds to Citlali’s Supportive role, ranking her as one of the best Supports in Genshin Impact.
For other options, give Citlali Catalysts that give her Elemental Mastery like A Thousand Floating Dreams and Wandering Evenstar. You can also build Citlali with Sacrificial Fragments, which is a great option. The 4-star weapon has a chance to reset Citlali’s cooldown in order to cast her Elemental Skill again. That gives her better shielding, more off-field Cryo application, and more energy to cast her Elemental Burst.
Finally, you can always go with F2P options like Fruit of Fulfillment, Favonius Codex, and Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers. They’re decent Catalysts that can offer something for Citlali’s kit, especially Thrilling Tales with its enormous ATK% buff.
