Master Trainers are a feature players can see in Natlan in Genshin Impact. They are scattered around the Nation of War, providing some kind of Challenge you can take on with your Natlan characters or by using the transformation related to the challenge. Usually, the Master Trainer’s challenges revolve around the monster that is heavily featured in their area, so it should be easy to know what transformation to use.
It’s a way for Genshin Impact to help their players feel familiar with the new transformation system. For example, doing a challenge provided by a Children of Echoes’ Master Trainers means the trial will be around using the Tepetlisaurus to get over obstacles.

Children of Echoes Master Trainers In Genshin Impact
There are three Children of Echoes Master Trainers and all of their challenges revolve around mastering the Tepetlisaurus transformation or learning how to navigate with Kachina in Genshin Impact.
Master Trainer Centaca
You can find Centaca northeast of Sulfurous Veins in Natlan. Teleport to the eastern Sulfurous Veins Waypoint, located within the Rift in the Mountains layer. From the Waypoint, turn around and keep going east until you reach a cliffside. Jump down and Centaca should be there.
Master Trainer Quiltec
You can also find Quiltec in the same area of Centaca, within Sulfurous Veins but on a different cliff. You can reach Quiltec from multiple Waypoints since he’s on a cliff south of Sulfurous Veins.
Master Trainer Xiuhyo
Xiuhyo is standing in the middle of nowhere north of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame. To quickly reach the third Children of Echoes Master Trainer, teleport to the Basin of Unnumbered Flames Waypoint, located near the Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant boss fight. From there, head south to get outside the cave and Xiuhyo should be standing to your right as soon as you get out.

Scions of the Canopy Master Trainers In Genshin Impact
Scions of the Canopy Master Trainers offer challenges that revolve around controlling the Yumkasaurus transformation.
Master Trainer Lirio
It’s easy to find Master Trainer Lirio in Natlan. All you have to do is teleport to the Basin of Unnumbered Flames Waypoint, located east of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, and you’ll spawn on a wooden cliffside. Jump forward and glide without changing direction, and you’ll find Lirio to your left, underneath, standing on a cliff with a lamp next to her.
Master Trainer Manzana
Master Trainer Manzana won’t spawn until you finish To the Night, What is the Night’s quest in Genshin Impact. After that, teleport to the northern Coatepec Mountain Waypoint and jump southwest, and you’ll find him standing on a wooden ledge.
Master Trainer Cima
It’s complicated to find Master Trainer Cima in Genshin Impact since she’s on top of a mountain with no Waypoints next to it. The easiest way to reach her is by teleporting to the Blazing Ruins Domain, located south of Tepeacac Rise. From the Domain, keep moving west to the mountain where the first Saurian you see is facing. Climb that mountain to find Cima there.

People of the Springs Master Trainers In Genshin Impact
People of the Springs Master Trainers prepare players to explore Natlan by training them to use Koholasaurus around water areas.
Master Trainer Tepache
To find Master Trainer Tepache, teleport to the Ameyalco Waters Waypoint in the eastern part of Toyac Springs in Natlan. From the Waypoint, keep going south through the lake and you’ll find Tepache standing on a flower nearby.
Master Trainer Avuia
It’s tricky to find Avuia since she’s at a beach alone, away from any interesting landmarks. To get to her, start from the Ameyalco Waters Statues of the Seven and move south, skipping some water to reach the beach she’s standing on. There are a lot of Koholasaurus scattered there, so you can use one to swim to Avuia since you will use their abilities to finish her challenge anyway.
Master Trainer Matzatli
If you’re looking for Matzatli in the People of the Springs area, then you’ll never find him. Funny enough, Matzatli is standing in a river on top of Teticpac Peak. You can find his location north of the eastern Teticpac Peak Waypoint. He should be visible immediately from your location when you teleport.

Extra Challenges In Genshin Impact
There are three extra challenges scattered around Natlan that are exactly similar to the Master Trainers' challenges in Genshin Impact. However, you find these extra challenges through exploration.
Amidst the Flowing Light
This challenge is available in the middle of nowhere on a tiny isle east of the Coatepec Mountain Waypoint. The isle is very close to the nearest beach, so you can reach it by swimming or by using other means.
Wavechaser
To start this challenge, you have to teleport to the Ameyalco Waters Wapoint, located at the bottom of Natlan’s map. From there, transform into one of the Koholasaurus and swim to the east to find a couple of swimming floats forming a circle. The circle is missing one swimming float, which you can find if you swim a little more to the east. After competing the floaties’ circle, the challenge should spawn.
Leisurely Driftings
This challenge is on top of Teticpac Peak, in the middle of its big lake. Simply teleport to any waypoint around the lake and swim into its center to find a bubble. Pop the bubble and the Leisurely Driftings challenge should spawn after.
