The Archons of Genshin Impact act as the central figures of their respective nations. These individuals possess powers far greater than any mortal and have a special device called the Gnosis that helps them connect with Celestia. Over their four-year-long journey in Teyvat, the Traveler and Paimon have met all but one Archon, encountering many twists and turns along the way in various Archon Quests.
Genshin Impact Lore: Natlan Archon Quest, Explained
Natlan's Archon Quest packed quite the blazing punch of lore with the introduction of Capitano and the mysterious Night Kingdom.
While some Archons are renowned for their unmatched physical strength, others are more venerated for their wisdom and guidance. Each Archon has their own distinct characteristic that makes them stand out from the rest of the cast.
This article doesn't rank the Tsaritsa as there is very little lore about her in-game. Previous Archons currently not part of The Seven, such as Makoto, Rukkhadeveta, Xbalanque, and Egeria, will not be accounted for in this ranking as well.

Furina/Focalors
The Former "Hydro Archon"
- Ideal: Justice
- Nation: Fontaine
Starting off the list in last place is Furina, the human version of Focalors, the true Hydro Archon. Focalors' plan to smash the divine throne of the Hydro Archon and save Fontaine is a testament to her intelligence. However, there isn't anything else shown to convince Focalors as a very powerful Archon.
Furina didn't possess the divinity of Focalors during her 500-year act as the Hydro Archon. In the present day, she is a regular vision bearer who doesn't have any strength comparable to the Archons. Therefore, it is safe to rank Furina/Focalors as the weakest Archon in the game.

Nahida
The Dendro Archon

- Nation: Sumeru
Lesser Lord Kusanali, better known as Nahida, is the successor to Greater Lord Rukkhadevata, who was the original Dendro Archon. For a long period of time, Nahida was imprisoned in the Sanctuary of Surasthana. After the conclusion of the Sumeru Archon Quest and its following Interlude, Nahida has shown a variety of abilities, such as shape-shifting, creating illusions, entering people's minds, and being able to read their thoughts.
Nahida is quite weak physically, but all of her strength comes from her aforementioned powers, wisdom, and ability to access the Irminsul to a certain degree. The reason she ranks in fifth place is her lack of experience compared to other Archons who have achieved much greater feats.
4 Mavuika
The Pyro Archon

- Nation: Natlan
This section contains spoilers for the 5.1 Natlan Archon Quests
Mavuika is the latest Archon that players can meet at Genshin Impact. The God of War has already shown a lot of impressive acts. She was able to defeat Il Capitano, the first-ranked Fatui Harbinger, and managed to break through the Night Kingdom.
In the third and fourth acts of the Archon Quest, players can witness Mavuika unleash her full, albeit temporary, power thanks to a deal with Ronova, the Shade of Death. She managed to dispel the Abyssal Rift that ravaged Natlan and revealed the fake sky in the process. However, Mavuika is simply another Natlanese warrior who cannot harness these powers at will. The final act of the Natlan Archon Quest is sure to reveal more about Mavuika's abilities.

Venti
The Anemo Archon

- Nation: Mondstadt
Coming in third place is Lord Barbatos, more commonly known as the bard named Venti. The deity figure of Mondstadt, Venti, is far from his prime in the present day. However, Venti, at his peak, was a force to be reckoned with. He cut mountains and is responsible for Mondstadt's current terrain. During this process, the portion of mountains that Venti cut through landed in the sea, which came to be known as the Golden Apple Archipelago.
Apart from his command over the wind, Venti is extremely intelligent and has possible ties with higher beings such as Istaroth. He was also able to reach Mare Jivari to guide Stanley, a feat even Nahida could not do. Venti also has knowledge of all songs from the past, present, and future, which further adds to his mysterious personality. While Venti is extremely powerful, there is still so much more to learn about the Anemo Archon that only time will tell.

Raiden Shogun
The Electro Archon

Ei is the current Electro Archon and leader of Inazuma. She rules over the nation through the Raiden Shogun puppet. Ei has performed some of the most impressive feats in the game's lore. She killed Orobashi with a single strike which simultaneously split Yashiori Island into two, creating the Musoujin Gorge, which has remnants of electricity to this day.

Zhongli
The Geo Archon

- Nation: Liyue
... And that Archon is none other than Zhongli, also known as Rex Lapis, Morax, Deus Ari, among many other names. While Zhongli in the present day is slowly starting to erode away, he was the strongest Archon at his peak. Zhongli killed several gods during the Archon War without the additional powers of a Gnosis and a divine throne. His memory of the world and experience is also unmatched among the rest of the Seven.
His impressive feats are still visible in the form of Guyun Stone Forest. The mountains in this archipelago are the spears that Zhongli threw to defeat Osial. He also gave Azhdaha the ability to perceive the world. Even in recent times, when he is far from his prime, he saved 
Xiao during the events of Perilous Trail. Zhongli has a plethora of abilities that make him the strongest Archon of all time in Genshin Impact.
