Funko Fusion doesn't just allow players to live out some of their favorite franchises in Funko form, but it also blends pop culture icons from across TV and film, both from decades ago to more recent releases. As you progress through the seven unique worlds, you'll need to collect the game's currency, vinyl, any way you can.
One way players can earn a quick buck and fill their ethical cups (if toppling Eddy and his evil plans doesn't do enough for you) at the same time is to do some recycling. While this may sound arduous, taking a few seconds to pop your trash in the bin will actually benefit the trophy hunters getting into the game. How To Get & Use Soda Cans in Funko Fusion
Sodas are an essential item in Funko Fusion as, depending on which one a player consumes, they will provide a boon that can give their character a significant advantage over their adversaries. Regardless of the world you begin your journey in, making use of soda cans will ensure you keep your character healthy when in the face of the various threats that each level has to offer.
Sodas can be found in a few different places throughout the game, but primarily they can be purchased from any vendors that are bright green. There are some single-use vending machines that will provide you with a can, but you can also Mould one from one of the green crafting stations. Additionally, they are also obtainable as loot from gold chests, which will generally cost 3,000 vinyl to open.
Once equipped, players can consume a soda can with their Funko Pop-inspired character for its associated boon by selecting it from the inventory bar at the bottom left of the screen (left and right on the D-pad on console), and holding the up button to equip. Once equipped, hold the interact button (Square on console) as indicated until the circle closes and the can is crushed and thrown away by your character.
How To Recycle Cans in Funko Fusion
While players can leave their empty and crushed cans where they are, the more environmentally conscious of us may want to find somewhere to dispose of the can. By approaching the crushed can and pressing the indicated button, players can pick the item back up and begin carrying it.
With the crushed bottle in hand, players will see a black exclamation marker on a white background, which tells you where to find the recycling trash can. Once found, simply approach the trash receptacle and press the indicated button to recycle the bottle. This will reward you with a healthy amount of vinyl for your troubles.
How To Get The Environmentally Conscious Trophy
Players who have wrapped their head around recycling their soda cans in Funko Fusion will have no troubles acquiring the Environmentally Conscious trophy or achievement in the game. To earn this achievement, players will simply have to recycle 50 cans as they progress through the various vibrant worlds, each of which are inspired by iconic pop culture IPs.
