Fans are incredibly excited for the Divine Revolte Arc of Frieren to finally begin. Sadly, it might just be the last Frieren story arc that fans get for quite a while. As fans know, there was over a 2-year-long wait between Frieren Season 1 and Frieren Season 2. In that sense, it could very well be that Frieren Season 3 won't be coming anytime soon. Furthermore, with the anime catching up with the manga rapidly, the wait might be even longer this time around. The anime might need to give the manga more time to breathe and move ahead. Sadly, this could be difficult at the moment with the creators facing recurring health issues, forcing them to go on long hiatuses. Arcs such as The Golden Land Arc, and everything that comes after could take a long time to be animated. As such, fans could instead choose to pick up the Frieren manga and hope for the mangaka’s health to improve.
