The base game of Forza Motorsport already comes with over 500 vehicles to race, tune, and customize to any player's style, but there are other add-ons available at launch that bump that number up even higher. One of those additional add-ons is the Race Day Car Pack.

This Forza Motorsport pack can be a bit confusing to players who are looking to get more from the game, but do not know exactly what is in it. This guide will show players what comes with the Race Day Car Pack is, how much it is, and if it is worth the purchase.

What Is The Forza Motorsport Race Day Car Pack?

forza-motorsport-car-pack

The Forza Motorsport Race Day Car Pack is a simple add-on that adds another eight cars to the already large roster of cars in the game. The pack is available for both PC and Xbox Series X/S, and costs $9.99 when purchased separately or $8.99 for Game Pass subscribers.

It is also included in the Premium Edition at $99.99, and the Premium Add-Ons Bundle for $39.99. The Premium Edition contains the game and all available add-ons, while the Premium Add-Ons Bundle is simply all the bonus packs without the game.

The pack contains eight cars that are new to the Forza franchise, which players will receive immediately once downloaded. The full list of cars include:

  • 1974 BRM #14 Team Motul P201
  • 1990 Oldsmobile #75 Cutlass Supreme Trans AM
  • 2014 Ford #17 AMD Tuning Focus ST BTCC
  • 2017 Vauxhall #66 Power Maxed TAG Racing Astra
  • 2018 Acura #36 NSX GT3
  • 2018 Audi #44 R8 LMS GT3
  • 2018 Porsche #73 Park Place Motorsports 911 GT3 R

Is The Forza Motorsport Race Day Car Pack Worth It?

forza-motorsport-car-pack-logo

The Race Day Car Pack is only worth the purchase if players are deeply interested in any of the cars on the list. It is a bit disappointing that three modern GT cars are behind an additional purchase, but these cars are still a few years behind the current versions.

It is not worth the $10 for a few cars when the base game has over 500. However, those who buy the Premium Edition will get everything included. That means the Welcome Pack with five Showroom car unlocks, the Car Pass with 30 new cars, and the VIP Membership with exclusive cars and boosts. The Race Day Car Pack is a nice bonus, but definitely not worth buying on its own unless there are specific cars that players need from it.

Forza Motorsport is available now for PC and Xbox Series X/S.
