A prominent Fortnite leaker has revealed that fans will soon be able to claim two holiday-themed skins for free, one of which will be the famous rapper Snoop Dogg in a Santa outfit. Epic Games has had a busy December, as it recently launched multiple new game modes and Chapter 6 Season 1 of the popular battle royale mode in Fortnite.
Fortnite's Winterfest is an annual event in which players get to open presents in the form of fresh cosmetics. Along with new skins, gliders, and contrails, fans also see sweeping changes to the map in order to celebrate the season. In the past, the battle royale map has been revamped with holiday decorations, snow, and even storms that made it difficult to see. Epic Games also brings the festivities to the game's item shop with new cosmetics and collaborations for players to enjoy. All of this tends to take place while Epic Games goes on its own holiday break.
The prominent Fortnite leaker Hypex posted on Twitter that two new skins would be given to players this year, including a Santa-themed Snoop Dogg and a character named Yulejacket. Snoop Dogg can be seen wearing a classic fluffy red jacket and hat with a plaid green shirt underneath. Meanwhile, Yulejacket, a reskin of the outfit Yellowjacket, wears long red and white boots along with a shiny white jacket and red hat. It was previously thought that a Christmas tree variant of Fortnite's Guff might be one of the free Winterfest skins, but leakers now believe the outfit will be heading to the game's item shop instead.

Leakers have posted that Mariah Carey will have a skin in the item shop, but players will receive an emote associated with the singer for free. It was also leaked that a Santa-themed version of the celebrity Shaq will be coming to the game over the holiday season.
In addition to holiday fun, it seems as if a ninja-themed Batman will be coming to Fortnite in the near future.
