Mephisto's Location in Fortnite

Mephisto sits on a throne in Fortnite, and since the throne at Doom Castle was already taken, that only leaves one place for him on the Battle Royale island: the Underworld, previously inhabited by Hades.

To find Mephisto in Fortnite, gamers will have to visit The Underworld on the top left corner of the map and enter the throne room, which is located on the western end of the POI.

Mephisto NPC Services in Fortnite

Mephisto is the most unique NPC in Fortnite because his services are so unalike any of the other characters on the island. Instead of selling weapons and items, he has a gift and a bargain that gamers can accept. Here are Mephisto's services in Fortnite:

  • Mephisto's Gift: Offer 20 HP for a randomized weapon
  • Mephisto's Bargain: Offer 99 HP and reboot your entire squad

Accepting Mephisto's offer will immediately drain the player's health, but their shield will remain the same.
