By completing quests that are part of the new Fortnite x Dragon Ball Super event, players can increase their Power Level and earn Dragon Balls to unlock rewards and, eventually, the Shenron Glider cosmetic. The rewards go away on August 30, 2022, so make sure to complete the quests as soon as possible to get all the cool Dragon Ball items.
For the first week of the event, players must visit a familiar training location to complete one of the quests. This Fortnite guide will go over where to find the familiar training location and what can be done there.
Where is the Familiar Training Location?
To complete the quest, the only thing players need to do is land on an island in the far east. It's located east of the Sanctuary point of interest and east of the Launchpad/Mighty Monument Landmarks. The location is circled in red below for fans to take a look at.
Bulma
Once players land at the Kame House, they'll increase their Power Level by three million, and they can also find Bulma hanging around. She's the new NPC (#34) added with the Dragon Ball collab update and can sell players both of the new Mythic weapons: the Kamehameha and the Nimbus Cloud, for 250 Gold Bars each.
Grabbing the Mythics from her isn't the only way to get them, however. Fortnite fans can also find both Mythics via Capsule Corp capsules and unique Dragon Ball Vending Machines. The capsules will fall out of the sky as the Storm closes in on the map, and the vending machines will sell the Mythics for Gold Bars -- it's the exact pricing as Bulma's shop.
As for what the Mythics do, the Kamehameha lets players shoot a devasting burst of energy that damages players and the environment. The Nimbus Cloud can be hopped on to fly long distances around the map to get places much faster. It's also an excellent method for getting out of a sticky situation to get one step closer to that Victory Royale.
Fortnite is free-to-play on PC, Mobile, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
