The Fortnite loot pool just got a little more wacky on the Simpsons Island for Battle Royale with the inclusion of the Cartoon Chainsaw. This fun weapon chops, lops, crops, pops, and glops, providing players who are fortunate enough to get it with a versatile melee weapon and something you can ride around on to have immense mobility. Where to Find Scratchy in Fortnite Simpsons
Scratchy Location
Scratchy is a boss within the Springfield Island map who will spawn at a random location, depending on the storm circle. Like all bosses in Fortnite Simpsons, Scratchy has a chance to spawn between the 1st and 5th storm circles, but there is a more common chance that Scratchy will spawn around the vicinity of Springfield Town Square. We've had the best luck locating Scratchy within the radius of Springfield Town Square, and you'll know if Scratchy is nearby as there will be an icon of him on the map once you're within 100 meters.
To actually summon Scratchy as a boss, you will need to locate a flickering TV that plays Itchy & Scratchy, and hold the Interact button to investigate it. Doing so will see Scratchy emerge from the TV, where he will immediately attack you with a chainsaw. Make sure you're stocked up on field shields with plenty of close-range weapons to quickly eliminate Scratchy, as his Chainsaw can be lethal if you're not prepared. Defeating Scratchy is the easiest way to get the Cartoon Chainsaw.
Boss fight locations in Fortnite's Simpsons seasons are mostly randomized, so be sure to get into a vehicle and search the map thoroughly for Scratchy's symbol on the map, which appears when you're within 100 meters.

Is the Cartoon Chainsaw Any Good?
The Cartoon Chainsaw drops after players have defeated Scratchy, but it can also drop in random chests. The Cartoon Chainsaw only comes in the Epic rarity. Don't let the lack of Mythic or Exotic rarity fool you, as the Cartoon Chainsaw is extremely powerful and almost identical to the version seen in Fortnitemares 2025. The Chainsaw is great for mobility, as you can hold L2/LT/Right-Click to dig the Chainsaw into the ground and ride it for faster speeds than sprinting, but the Blinky Fish might still be a little bit faster. Either way, the damage of the Chainsaw is great, and each swing deals around 75+ damage, along with a rapid set of four slashes, meaning it's super effective within melee range, but dangerous to use for players who are at a distance.
