Cars are one of the most important elements in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3. Vehicles became a part of Fortnite back in Chapter 1 Season 4, but they have evolved quite a bit since then. The shopping cart was where it all began, and now, Fortnite even has its own racing game mode, Rocket Racing.
Fortnite: All Vehicle Mods
Players can now apply mods to vehicles in Chapter 5 Season 3 - here's how to do it and what's at their disposal.
There is no doubt that cars are now more important than ever before, especially in Fortnite Wrecked. Gas stations had to be upgraded, which is why they were replaced by vehicle service stations this season. This guide will tell players everything they need to know about service stations in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3, including where to find them and how to use them.
Vehicle Service Station Locations
There are 15 vehicle service stations in Fortnite, and they're scattered all over the Battle Royale map. The stations are concentrated on the southwestern part of the map, in the wasteland biome. However, there are a few near other areas of the island so that players can make a rest spot anytime they need.
Here are the locations of the vehicle service stations in Fortnite:
- South of Cloisted Castle
- Piney Pumps
- South of Rescue Station
- Placid Pumps
- East of Hazy Hillside Tunnel
- South of Lil' Villa
- North of Restored Reels
- North of Pleasant Piazza
- Reclaimed Villa
- Primo Pumps
- Snooty Station
- Dam Bridge
- Pea Bois HQ
- East of Pea Bois HQ
- Megalo Depot
How to Use a Service Station
When gas stations were around, players had to leave their cars in order to fuel them up, either with a pump or a canister. Service stations make it easier for players to refuel and repair their vehicles; they can do it without ever leaving the car - it's an automated service. To use a service station in Fortnite, simply approach the repair/refuel platform and wait until the two meters are full.
The Repair meter is located on the bottom left corner of the screen, it is the orange bar above the Shield meter. The Fuel meter is located on the bottom right corner of the screen, beside the white gas pump icon.
