Week 4 of the current Fortnite season is officially underway, bringing with it a new set of quest challenges for players to complete. While the vast majority of the battle royale's quests are to earn XP, players are also tasked with collecting Omni Chips around the island, which now include several new locations.

Included as part of Fortnite's Chapter 3 Season 2 Battle Pass, Omni Chips are a collectible form of currency used to unlock different parts of the highly customizable Omni Blade. Players have plenty of components to unlock for the pickaxe, from the blade shape, to the guard, blade color, and even the sound effects when swinging.

Condo Canyon Omni Chip Locations

While Fortnite's Week 4 Omni Chip Locations won't go live until April 14, their locations have already been revealed. Players can find the Condo Canyon POI in the desert region near the southeast coast, just to the right of Chonker's Speedway and south of The Joneses.

  • Omni Chip 1 - The first Omni Chip location at Condo Canyon can be found by heading to the POI's big L-shaped pool towards the lower part of the location. On the pool's small island with a palm tree is an Omni Chip.
  • Omni Chip 2 - Condo Canyon's second Omni Chip is located almost directly north of the first one. Head towards the center of the POI and find the next Omni Chip beside a red soda vending machine in a parking lot.
  • Omni Chip 3 - The final Condo Canyon Omni Chip location is within line of sight of the second, and an easy one to grab. Head directly west of the second Omni Chip location into a courtyard, where the third Omni Chip will be sitting atop the rock in its centerpiece.

Once all three Omni Chips have been collected, players can always head west to Chonker's Speedway if they've missed some of Week 2's Omni Chips. However, while Condo Canyon's Omni Chips may be in fairly easy spots, something else may make collecting all of them in one go a bit more difficult.

Battle for Condo Canyon

Thanks to Fortnite's 20.10 hotfix update, a new battle has emerged on the island. Operating in the same way that the Battle for Daily Bugle did, players must fight back three waves of IO Guards in order to reclaim the POI from the Imagined Order.

Players will again have Seven Sentries spawning in on their side as backup, in addition to island boss Huntmaster Saber looming in the blimp overhead.

As the battle for the island heats up, so too does Fortnite's available arsenal. In recent weeks, several weapons have been unvaulted, including a reworked version of the Heavy Sniper Rifle, the Egg Launcher, and Bouncy Eggs.

Additionally, fans have successfully funded the return of the MK-Seven Assault Rifle. It should be interesting to see where the rest of the Omni Chips appear throughout the remainder of the season.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
