Treasure Map & Floating Ring Locations in Fortnite OG
-
There are five treasure maps hidden on the Chapter 1 Season 3 island in Fortnite's OG game mode. Here is where players can find each treasure map and the floating rings that they lead to:
-
Moisty Mire Treasure Map
The treasure map in the Moisty Mire region can be found on the wall of a hut east of the prison. It will lead players to a wooden house southwest of Retail Row and northeast of Salty Springs.
Dusty Depot Treasure Map
The Dusty Depot map is on the northern, outer wall of the warehouse in the middle. It will bring players to the giant wooden chair landmark located between Flush Factory and Shifty Shafts. There is a lonesome tree located north of the landmark and gamers will find the floating ring right next to it.
Players don't need to find the treasure map and the floating ring in the same match. However, there is a visual bug that causes the floating ring to become invisible. If this happens, players can walk over the area where it should be and the quest will be completed.
Retail Row Treasure Map
There is an electrical station on the northeastern part of Retail Row, on a corner next to the shops, and on its brick wall is where players will be able to find the map. The Retail Row map will lead players to the Wailing Woods maze, more specifically the wall next to the hedges on the western side of the maze.
Snobby Shores Treasure Map
There is a security guard station next to a vending machine at the entrance of Snobby Shores, and inside there is a map showing two tree in a valley. The location shown on the map is closer than players might think. They will find the floating ring between the two mountains east of Snobby Shores.
Anarchy Acres Treasure Map
Players will find a map inside the large barn in Anarchy Acres. To find the floating ring, players must head to the northwestern corner of the map and search the rock next to the dirt road west of Junk Junction.
