There are many people out there who have gained access to gaming through a variety of accessible gaming controllers, but this player relied upon a standard Xbox controller.

Holderofthebees also has a condition called Chiari malformation that puts pressure on their brain, which can cause their hands to shake and occasionally causes double vision. Needless to say, holderofthebees has a lot of factors working against them, but still came out on top. Their loadout allowed them to take down enemies without needing precise aim, with their stats accordingly indicating that they got their win without any headshots.

One concern holderofthebees has is what the future will hold for them in Fortnite once the season ends. Fortnite typically Vaults some items and weapons, so the OP may need to find a new loadout that works for them. Any Victory Royale is something to celebrate, but this player's achievement is extremely impressive and something that many Fortnite fans said they should be proud of.
