A Fortnite fan took to social media to share their concept for a skin, which involved putting King Kong in the armor of Ninja Knight Batman. Since the beginning of December, Epic Games has added several new modes to Fortnite, including Ballistic, Fortnite OG, and LEGO Fortnite: Brick Life. While these modes rarely reach the same concurrent player count as the title's main battle royale mode, they have given fans additional ways to engage with the game.

Fortnite is currently in the middle of Chapter 6 Season 1, which has featured a wide variety of collaborations and crossovers. During the game's annual Winterfest event, players were able to acquire skins of Mariah Carey, Shaq, Snoop Dogg, and more. Epic Games even brought back popular crossovers with Star Wars and DC Comics around the holidays. Since then, Godzilla has arrived on the island as a major boss, and the iconic monster has been accompanied by skins for King Kong and Mechagodzilla in Fortnite.

Fortnite Players Have an Idea to Improve Godzilla

Fortnite fans take to social media to share their thoughts on how Epic Games could improve the way Godzilla functions in the popular battle royale.

In a recent post on Reddit, ludiqpich198 shared their own concept that mashes up Fortnite's King Kong and Ninja Knight Batman cosmetics. The images show the legendary monster sporting Batman's black and bronze armor, though players would have the ability to equip or unequip the caped crusader's mask. Since King Kong is much larger than Bruce Wayne, the adorned armor is significantly bulkier.

When recounting how they approached the concept, ludiqpich198 noted that Epic Games recently took its own liberties with characters like Darth Vader and Batman in Fortnite when giving them a samurai or ninja makeover. In keeping with that kind of creativity, they imagined an original concept that mashes two characters into one. Many fans seemed to love the idea, stating that the concept was a little absurd in the best possible way. Some players even started discussing which iconic emotes would fit the skin, suggesting everything from Make it Plantain to Get Griddy.

While many gamers enjoyed the idea of mashing up characters, they noted that various licenses would make it very difficult to get any such conept into the battle royale itself. Even so, fans still expressed enthusiasm about the amount of iconic characters that come to the title in their original form. Epic Games has shown no signs of slowing down when it comes to crossovers, as it was recently leaked that Hank Hill will come to Fortnite in the near future. A large portion of the community is still waiting to see rumored collaborations with Demon Slayer and Kaiju No. 8 come to fruition, which leakers have been teasing for quite some time. With so much on the horizon, many gamers are feeling positive about the future of the battle royale.
