The Fortnite x TMNT Event features a series of exciting and complex challenges for players to complete and earn rewards. From searching Ninja Turtle supply drops to obtaining TMNT mythic weapons, players have a lot of objectives to dive into.

Phase two of the Cowubanga Quest tasks players with spinning degrees while airborne and on foot. Players must spin a specific amount of degrees while on foot or airborne to complete the quest and earn 300 Ooze. Here’s a guide on how to do this in Fortnite Chapter 5, Season 1.

How to Spin Degrees While Airborne and On Foot

To spin degrees while airborne and on foot in Fortnite, simply spin the camera, causing your character to rotate. Players must spin a total of 7,200 degrees to complete the “Spin Degrees While Airborne and On Foot” challenge. There are multiple ways to do this:

Using Ninja Turtle Mythic Weapons

The mythic TMNT weapons have a spin attack feature that allows players to spin several times while attacking an opponent. Players should acquire a mythic weapon from a Ninja supply drop and equip it to their inventory. To trigger the spin attack, press the jump button twice, forcing your character to spin a double jump while holding the weapon.

Jump Off Buildings

Players can also complete this challenge by jumping off tall buildings. Simply jump off a building while rotating your camera to spin. Note that you may experience some fall damage when doing this, especially from high buildings. So, we recommend drinking some healing consumables like Flowberry Fizz before doing this.

Using Ziplines

Ziplines can also help players spin a certain amount of degrees. To do this, get on the zipline and rotate the camera angle while going up or down. The spin meter will slowly fill up depending on the height of the zipline.

Swimming

If you jump while swimming and rotate the camera angle with every jump, the spin meter fills up. However, this method isn’t the best since the meter fills up slowly.

The fastest way to complete the “Spin Degrees While Airborne and On Foot” challenge is to use Ninja Turtle mythic weapons. These weapons come designed with spin attacks that quickly fill up the spin meter when used. Players don’t have to spin a total of 7,200 degrees in one match. They can do so accumulatively over multiple matches. Players who complete this Splinter Assignment challenge get 300 Ooze in rewards.
