Fortnite Galactic Battle is a mini-season that focuses entirely on Star Wars. Players get to blast their opponents with their favorite Star Wars weapons, wear the clothes of the most iconic characters, and even fly around in awesome ships, such as TIE Fighters and X-Wings.
Fortnite: How To Find X-Wings
The iconic X-Wing has made its way into Fortnite, allowing players to fly it across the island. Here is where to find them.
There is a broken-down TIE Fighter in Fortnite that players can bring back to life. However, if they don't know where to look, they'll just have to wait until they stumble upon it. Thankfully, this guide has got gamers covered and will help find the TIE Fighter's exact location and show them how to fix it.
Where Is the Damaged TIE Fighter in Fortnite?
Damaged TIE Fighter Location
There are several Outposts on the Battle Royale map, and the damaged TIE Fighter has been set on one of them. To find the damaged TIE Fighter in Fortnite, players must visit the Rebel Outpost situated south of Flooded Frogs, where the two roads meet before heading south.
It's easy to drive by this location without thinking twice, especially considering the number of damaged ships at Resistance Base. While gamers can't interact with those ships, they can with this one after they approach the computer in the northern area of the outpost and press the Investigate button.
How to Fix the TIE Fighter in Fortnite
The computer will analyze the state of the TIE Fighter and tell players what they need to do. In this case, they need to gather fuel in order to repair the TIE Fighter. Here is where players can find fuel for the TIE Fighter in Fortnite:
-
-
- Behind the barrier north of the TIE Fighter
- Behind the crates west of the TIE Fighter
- Next to the rock in front of the computer
Once gamers have gathered the three fuel containers, they will be able to approach the TIE Fighter and repair it. As soon as that's done, the TIE Fighter will be ready for takeoff, and players will be able to enter and control it simply by interacting with it. Here is a video showing this entire process:
Although this is a hidden Story Quest, players can return to this location and redo it to get themselves a TIE Fight in Fortnite. The first time that they do it, they'll receive a nice XP boost for their efforts.
