The Med-mist used to be one of the most popular healing items in Fortnite. While there exist tons of consumables in the game, the Med Mists' ability to heal the player as well as their teammates made it extremely useful in a variety of situations. While the item getting vaulted in Chapter 4 disappointed many fans, Epic Games released an item with some similarities: Flowberry Fizz, in Chapter 5.

What Is Flowberry Fizz & How To Use It in Fortnite

Flowberry Fizz is a consumable in Fortnite that allows players to get 100 Shield but with a few extra perks. On top of the added protection, players can also provide the same effect to their teammates. This means that not only players get 100 Shield, but their teammate in the vicinity also gets an extra 100 Shield.

The item works quite similarly to the Med-Mist, so the strategy to use it can also be replicated to some extent. Another added perk is that it also gives players the low gravity effect.

Considering that one of the prime aspects of the consumable is the ability to replenish the shield of teammates, gamers won't receive all of the benefits when playing the game on Solo.

It should also be noted that players can only carry one Flowberry Fizz at once. However, it grants players 3 Shield per tick, so gamers don't have to empty out the bottle at once. Ideally, it could be convenient to have in squads and duos in various situations.

How to Find Flowberry Fizz

Flowberry Fizz can be found in a plethora of places in the game, including regular floor loot, chests, loot carriers at hotspots, and supply drops. Of course, players can also take it from other players as well.

For players looking to try out this item, it is always a good idea to go for Hotspots as the Supply Drones give players a better chance of getting the item. However, to guarantee that they'll find Flowberry Fizz, gamers can defeat one of the Olympian Bosses on the Fortnite map. These bosses have a guaranteed drop, so players have a sure-shot way of getting Flowberry Fizz. Here is where players can challenge and defeat the Olympian Guardians:
