Fortnite Remix: All Helicopter Locations

The Fortnite Remix island just got a tad more chaotic with the return of the Choppa, Fortnite's version of helicopters that are no joke to find, and no joke to fight against. Choppas in Fortnite provide great aerial cover of the Battle Royale map, and players will be able to find 9 in total across the map, so it's best to take a team and head out to parts unknown.

Obtaining the Choppa in Fortnite is good for a few reasons. It's a decent vehicle for escape, it can reach high speeds to cover areas that a car would be unable to, and it feels pretty cool riding in a helicopter to lay waste to opponents to get the Victory Royale.

The Rig - Found on the helipad to the center-right of the POI.
The Doggpound - Near Snoop Dogg's POI by his collection of cars.
Pleasant Park - On the soccer field.
FN Radio - On the left hill beside FN Radio, a Landmark found to the right of Craggy Cliffs.
The Yacht - Found at the front of the ship on a helipad at Meowdas's POI.
Lazy Lake Island - the Landmark just North of Misty Meadows.
Weather Station - On top of the snowy mountain East of Misty Meadows.
Retail Row - At the back of Retail Row on the rooftop of one of the stores.
Spaghetti Grotto - Inside Eminem's POI.

How to Use Helicopters in Fortnite

Helicopters have their own controls from land vehicles, and this is the set of control schemes that players will want to know for PC/PlayStation/Xbox:

Move Up (Left-Click/R2/RT)
Move Down (Right-Click/L2/LT)
Boost (L-Shift/Circle/B)
Switch Seat (L-Ctrl/X/A)

Helicopters are great in Fortnite as they allow players to navigate across the Battle Royale island high in the air, away from danger, but also while painting a target on their back for how obvious they are to everyone else. Players can shoot helicopters out of the sky, as they have 1,500 durability, and a good shot will even be able to take out players sitting in the helicopter itself.

The helicopter is best used with teams. As a pilot maneuvers and steers to a location, a competent team sits in the gunner seats and uses their loadouts to unleash lead into those who dare stake a claim to the Victory Royale crown.
