Fortnite: How to Get Spire Assassin's Recycler (New Mythic)

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 is well underway, and there are new challenges to complete and mythic weapons to find. For players that are attempting to get the upper hand out there on the new Fortnite map and win a victory royale, gaining a weapon known as the Spire Assassin's Recycler will definitely come in handy.

This guide will help Fortnite players find the location of the Mythic weapon so that they can easily take care of other opponents.

It may not be that surprising to players, but it turns out that the Spire Assassin's Recycler can be obtained by heading over to The Spire location in the middle of the map --hence the name. The thing is though, players won't just be able to pick up the weapon from a chest or another type of loot source. It'll need to be taken from a powerful NPC.

How to Get the Spire Assassin's Recycler in Fortnite

Once players land at The Spire, they should look for an NPC called the Spire Assassin. Players need to defeat this NPC in combat and the assassin will simply drop the Recycler on the ground for the player to pick up and use for themselves. However, this is no easy fight, as the assassin will be using the Recycler against the player. Fortnite fans need to take caution when approaching the NPC and make sure that they have a few strong weapons and extra health packs. If a player takes too much damage and is afraid that they might die, they can move away from the NPC and heal somewhere safe, and then head right back into the fight until the opponent is defeated.

Once Fortnite players finally get their hands on the all-powerful Recycler, they should look forward to an upcoming crossover event happening this week that brings in Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn. The event will kick off on April 15 and there will be several cosmetics available at the shop for purchase, such as the Aloy Outfit, her Spear Pickaxe, and a Glinthawk Glider.

Considering this season's theme is dubbed "Primal," Aloy fits right in. Now that there are creatures like raptors, boars, and wolves littered about the new Fornite map, Horizon fans that use the Aloy skin will definitely feel right at home.
