When Is the Fortnitemares Update?

Fortnitemares will have two major updates, both of which are expected to bring tons of new content to Fortnite. The first patch is scheduled for Thursday, October 2. Therefore, Fortnitemares 2025 should begin on October 2 at 9 AM ET. Unless it goes live immediately once downtime ends.

A week later, on October 9, players should receive the second major Fortnitemares update of 2025. The event will likely be live until the end of Chapter 6 Season 4, which is scheduled for November 1, 2025.

What to Expect in Fortnitemares 2025

Fortnite's K-Pop Demon Hunters Crossover May Have New LTM

The first Fortnitemares update will start off the event with the KPop Demon Hunters skins. The Demon Rush LTM, which will feature several boss fights with known NPCs from Fortnite's history.

The second Fortnitemares update is expected the following week, and it will bring Ghostface and his Mythic weapon to Fortnite, as well as some other highly anticipated collabs, such as Scooby Doo, Terrifier, and Friday the 13th.
