Many Fortnite fans think the Lil' TIE Attack, Mysterio's Magic Trick, Skatemonster, and Spirit Strider Emotes would be perfect as Gliders. Fortnite continues to innovate on its cosmetic offerings, and one subtle change to Traversal Emotes could make a huge difference.

The first Fortnite Emotes and Gliders were released in Save the World before the cosmetics were implemented into the battle royale mode. During Chapter 1, Epic Games implemented its own cosmetics, took inspiration from the community on some of them, and held Emote Royale Contests in which the winner would get their dance turned into an Emote. Emotes were originally just one blanket category, but have since been expanded to include Built-in, Synced, and Traversal categories. Players can unlock Emotes and Gliders by progressing through Fortnite Battle Passes or purchase them directly in the Item Shop. As Epic often listens to its community, many gamers are voicing which Emotes they'd like to see turned into their own Gliders.

Reddit user WavyCrockett1 recently shared four Fortnite images focusing on what they dub the "4 horsemen" of Emotes they wish were Gliders. The screenshots showcase the Lil' TIE Attack, Mysterio's Magic Trick, Skatemonster, and Spirit Strider Emotes. These Emotes are for Darth Vader Samurai, Spider-Man's Mysterio, Undercover Skye, and Daigo respectively. While each of these characters received their own Gliders except for Darth Vader Samurai, many Reddit users think their Traversal Emotes would make better Gliders. Other Reddit users think that the Lil' Podracer, Lil' Shady Mobile, Lil' Saucer, Lil' Supercar, Sonic Surfer, Three Stripe Circuit, and other emotes should also be turned into Gliders.

Given that each of the Emotes that WavyCrockett1 highlighted depicts their corresponding characters riding something, it may not be difficult for Epic Games to turn them into Gliders. In general, Traversal Emotes may be easier to convert into Gliders than standard ones because they involve movement. Epic also regularly innovates on the Glider category, with the Queen's Procession from Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 notably making it possible for the characters to descend a rotating staircase to land on the island below. Beyond these Emotes, some gamers also think that bike and motorcycle Gliders should let the player sit in them as they ride downward.

Because Epic Games is known for responding to player feedback, one Reddit user thinks its silence on the matter could bode poorly for the future of these Emotes. Given that Epic continues to update Fortnite with new cosmetics and customization options, Traversal Emotes could still become future Gliders.
