Content Added in Fortnite Update v30.20

Even though it's only the second update of Chapter 5 Season 3, patch v30.20 has brought tons of content to Fortnite. Once gamers log into Fortnite following the June 22 patch, they'll find various features worth exploring, such as a new game mode, more weapons, and significant LEGO Fortnite changes.

Besides a few annoucements, social media publications, and a blog post, Epic Games have not actually shared the patch notes of update v30.20, which is why this guide will compile everything that's new so gamers can check the most important features added on June 22.

Quest & Adjustments

Added a new quest "Reach the Rank of Silver 1 in Ranked Racing" to receive the Sky Surfer lobby track and jam track
Increased XP reward for Daily Bonus Goals from 15,000 XP to 20,000 XP
Increased the number of Daily Challenge Quests completions from 2,4, 6 to 3,6, 9
Increased the XP reward for the quest "Complete a single race" from 1,000 XP to 2,000 XP
Increased the XP reward for the quest "Complete a single Speed Run match" from 2,000 XP to 4,000 XP

Bug Fixes

Fixed foliage in Shipwrecked
Clashflash Boost now appears in players' Fortnite locker if they own it in Rocket League

Crafting Bench Updates

Removed upgrades from the Crafting Bench - unlock "upgraded" recipes by picking up resources instead
Removed Crafting Bench visual upgrade
More recipes immediately available with the Crafting Bench (Forest Axe, Pickaxe, Shovel, Fishing Rod, Hunting Dagger, Health Charm, Torch)

Many gamers enjoyed using the various Crafting Benches as decorations; Epic Games is working on a way to reskin them in the future.

Unlock Trigger Changes

More recipes revealed at the start of a game (Crafting bench, Small Shack, Foundations, Village Square, Bed, Campfire)
Picking up resources now reveal processor recipes
Modified recipes (Campfire, Grill, Meat Crate)

Brite Bomber’s Base

(New) Survival and Cozy worlds now start near Brite Bomber's Base, and gamers can help her start her own village - Epic will continue to work on more NPC bases
