Players looking to breeze through this event pass will need to acquire Cursed Gold by completing the Cursed Sails Quests, which are split into a total of five Pirate Codes.

Many of the Cursed Sails Quests range from collecting key items like a Jar of Dirt to simply dealing damage with a Flint-Knock Pistol, providing players with a unique array of in-game tasks to complete. Those who have completed at least four quests of each of the first three Pirate Codes will be able to progress to Pirate Code Four, with the first quest tasking players to deliver souls to Davy Jones. How To Deliver 99 Souls To Davy Jones

While many players may default to searching the Fortnite island for a special item and take it to Davy Jones to fulfill this quest, the task players need to complete is actually quite different. To deliver 99 souls to Davy Jones, players simply need to get 99 total eliminations after unlocking the Pirate Code Four Quests.

For most players, this will involve eliminating other players from the lobby, so be sure to grab the best weapons and play aggressively to complete this quest quickly. Heading into Team Rumble can also be a good strategy, as players have unlimited lives, making it a great mode to farm plenty of eliminations. It might take a few games, but players will surely get it done before the Cursed Sails Pass ends, as eliminating 99 players/minions over the course of 2 weeks shouldn't be too much of a struggle.

For those who prefer a more passive approach, AI eliminations also count. This means players can make progress by taking on Wasteland Grunts and any of the three bosses that can be found on the map: The Machinist, Megalo Don, and Ringmaster Scarr. The only exception here is the NPC characters that players can purchase items from, as eliminating them will not count.

For those playing Duos, Trios, or Squads, eliminations by teammates will also count for all members.
