One passionate Fortnite fan has built a clay replica of the multiplayer game's map of Oninoshima from Chapter 6 Season 1. Having recently kicked off on December 1, Chapter 6 Season 1 is the latest ongoing season in Fortnite set to continue through February 21, 2025.

As one of the most popular games in the world, Fortnite attracts tens of thousands of players across console, PC, and mobile platforms every day. To keep the sheer number of players engaged, the online title's original Battle Royale game mode follows a season-based content strategy in which it refreshes in-game content after the end of every "season," each of which spans for about a few months. A Fortnite season brings a bunch of new additions to the game, ranging from new skins and in-game themes to gameplay tweaks and changes to the in-game map. With Fortnite's Chapter 6 Season 1, developer Epic Games has given the Battle Royale map a Japan-themed makeover, introducing as many as 18 different POIs spread across the in-game world. Recently, a dedicated player recreated Fortnite's most recent map in clay form, wowing the live-service game's community.

On Reddit, user SMPlushFilms shared pictures of their clay model representing Fortnite's Chapter 6 Season 1 map of Oninoshima. They captured the images of the map replica from different angles, highlighting its impressive details. From the lush greens of Magic Mosses to the mountainous area near Canyon Crossing, the Fortnite map replica offers an accurate overhead view of Oninoshima's diverse regions. In one of their replies, the Reddit user stated that it took them a period of two weeks to finish this Fortnite-inspired project.

With a brand-new season in progress and collaborations like the one with Cyberpunk 2077 making their way to the game, Fortnite fans appear to have enough to keep them busy for the foreseeable future.
