Fortnite is making a major change to the game's Locker with its newest update, introducing the ability to save loadouts for a player's favorite in-game look. The massively popular battle royale from Epic Games offers players plenty of different ways to customize their player character's appearance, with multiple variations of cosmetics. Players can equip skins to completely change their Fortnite character, alongside customizing their gun skins, pickaxe, and back bling among other options. Now, Epic Games is looking to make a major upgrade to its character customization.

A new update from Fortnite is adding a brand-new feature to the game's Locker menu, allowing players to more easily choose between their favorite in-game cosmetics. The patch adds "Saved Loadouts" to the Locker, allowing players to store their favorite combinations of skins and accessories. The Loadouts allow players to document everything from their Character and Vehicle down to the player's choice of Emotes. The update is available immediately with the launch of Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix, with players able to save up to 200 different Loadouts.

Fortnite's newest update to the Locker looks to be a major boon for players taking advantage of the game's many cosmetic options. Epic Games recently introduced a new type of cosmetic with Chapter 2 Remix, adding Kicks as customizable shoes in Fortnite with popular brands like Jordan and Nike available. The newest season of the beloved battle royale also saw several prominent rappers added to the game, with Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Ice Spice, and Juice WRLD featured in Fortnite. The massive rapper collaboration will feature multiple temporary changes to Fortnite's in-game map.

Alongside a plethora of new cosmetics and crossovers, Fortnite's Chapter 2 Remix saw plenty of gameplay changes come to the battle royale.
