Fortnite has amassed a multiverse of collabs over the years, and it seems that the majority of them are getting bigger, bolder, and from franchises that aren't exactly kid-friendly. There are so many incredible Fortnite collabs, and some of them are questionable due to their R or M rating in a game rated T for Teen.

Below, we've gone through all collabs in Fortnite and listed the best ones that would be R-rated from their own franchises. Whether it's due to foul language, an abundance of violence, or a mixture of both, these franchises are welcome additions to Fortnite, but they sure are a nightmare for the ESRB Ratings Board.

John Wick

The Baba Yaga Becomes the First Collab Skin

  • Introduced in: Chapter 1, Season 9
  • Featured Items: John Wick (skin), Sofia (skin), Wick's Bounty (LTM)

Keanu Reeves is an icon, and the legendary John Wick bolsters that fact, which is why it's no surprise that John Wick comes to Fortnite, a game where his likeness was already parodied with the Reaper skin from Chapter 1 Season 3's Tier 100 in the Battle Pass. John Wick came to show the 99 other players how he's the greatest assassin, and to promote John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum, and it worked a treat.

Not only did John Wick pave the way for future collabs due to the fact that he was the first licensed character to get an outfit, but he also came with a new LTM called Wick's Bounty, and a duo partner in Sofia. John Wick still gets added to the Item Shop regularly, along with a brand new style for John Wick Chapter 4, which proves his ultimate staying power.

Resident Evil

The All-Stars of Resident Evil Fight the Battle Royale Virus

  • Introduced in: Chapter 4 Season 2 (March 17, 2023)
  • Featured Items: Jill Valentine (skin), Chris Redfield (skin), Leon S. Kennedy (skin), Claire Redfield (skin)

The survivors of Raccoon City, and the heroes that protect the world from the Umbrella Corporation, have found the latest virus craze, and it's an addictive Battle Royale that they can't help but fight. The stars of Resident Evil, Jill Valentine, Leon Kennedy, and both Jill and Chris Redfield, join Fortnite as a set of skins, with many more that could potentially come with Resident Evil 9's imminent arrival.

While the Resident Evil collab didn't come with any map changes, mythics, or other weapons, the skins are still great to see, especially with their bonuses from the Back Blings and Pickaxes. Another fine addition from this collab comes from the fact that it's still rare, as these skins haven't been seen in over 1,000 days as of January, 2026.

Metal Gear Solid

Solid Snake, Raiden, and Signature Stealth Manage to Sneak into the Battle Royale

  • Introduced in: Chapter 5 Season 1 (January 23, 2024)
  • Featured Items: Solid Snake (skin), Raiden (skin), EMP Stealth Camo (item), Cardboard Box (item)

Metal Gear Solid is a series with immense potential thanks to the glorious mind of its creator, Hideo Kojima. Not only are there incredible skins waiting to be translated into Fortnite with Venom Snake, Ocelot, Otacon, and so on, but there's also a great amount of gadgets that would translate into items and weapons. However, for now at least, there are just a few humble additions to this collab.

The collab featured brings Solid Snake into the game, but it also comes with a unique style where players can turn Solid Snake into Old Snake from Metal Gear Solid 4. Joining Snake as an Item Shop skin was everyone's favorite edge-master, Raiden, who comes in his sneaking suit style from Metal Gear Solid 2, as opposed to Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Still, it's a great collab, and entering stealth with the EMP Stealth Camo and hiding around in Cardboard Boxes around the map was a blast.

Squid Game

Die to Compete and Dare to Win with a Reload Map Along With Netflix Skins

  • Introduced in: Chapter 6 Season 3 (June 27, 2025)
  • Featured Items: The Games Contestants (skins), Games Guard (skin), Front Man (skin), Squid Grounds (map)

Squid Game is one of the most popular shows to hit Netflix, and it quickly became a staple of pop culture thanks to its genius writing, terrifying premise, and incredible characters. As such, it was inevitable that Netflix would combine one of the most popular shows of all time with one of the most popular games of all time, and Squid Game joined Fortnite with a grand collab.

With an abundance of contestants as skins, players could also experience Squid Game-related creative modes, and an entire map themed after Squid Game for Reload, in which players could compete for not only the number one spot, but also find secret games like the infamous Red Light Green Light.

Mortal Kombat

Fight for a Flawless Victory with Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, and Kitana

  • Introduced in: Chapter 6 Season 2 (March 29, 2025)
  • Featured Items: Scorpion (skin), Sub-Zero (skin), Kitana (skin), Raiden (skin), Scorpion's Kombat Kit (weapon), Sub-Zero's Kombat Kit (weapon)

Mortal Kombat's introduction to Fortnite comes as another representation of the fighting genre, but it also comes as easily the most violent of the bunch compared to other additions like Street Fighter. Players can experience robust action (and not grotesque violence with fatalities) by playing as the core characters of Mortal Kombat, but that's not where the fun ends.

Players could also fight Scorpion on the Battle Royale map in an iconic Mortal Kombat location known as The Pit, in which falling off the side would cause certain death. Across the map, players could also grab epic melee weapons with Sub-Zero and Scorpion's Kombat Kits that unlocked new abilities against the standard meta of guns.

Invincible

Viltrumites Prove to be a Strong Addition to Fortnite's Roster

  • Introduced in: Chapter 4 Season OG (November 25, 2023)
  • Featured Items: Invincible (skin), Atom Eve (skin), Omni-Man (skin), Allen the Alien (skin), Dupli-Kate (skin)

Invincible is one of the greatest superhero comics outside of the mainline characters from Marvel and DC, and it's great to see it represented with Fortnite. While Fortnite's rendition of Invincible comes from the Amazon Prime Video version, it's still just as great to see them represented with an abundance of skins of famed characters.

Invincible receives his two unique costumes, Atom Eve comes in strong, and Omni-Man shows how he's the worst strongest dad. If that's not enough, players can also get their hands on Allen the Alien and Dupli-Kate, and hopefully, even more Invincible skins will join the fight with Season 4's arrival.

Cyberpunk 2077

V and Johnny Silverhand Break Out of Night City for the Zero Point

  • Introduced in: Chapter 6 Season 1 (December 24, 2024)
  • Featured Items: V (skin), Johnny Silverhand (skin)

CD Projekt RED and Fortnite have joined together for a collab before with The Witcher 3 skins, but Cyberpunk 2077 is perhaps the better collab of the two. This comes from the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 has Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, who also receives a skin alongside V, the protagonist of the game. The duo of V and Silverhand is a joy to see for fans of the game, and it's always nice for more Keanu Reeves representation.

With Cyberpunk 2077 being a famed game for a multitude of reasons, it's vindicating to see it finally arrive in Fortnite, especially when that comes with the addition of Keanu Reeves as Johnny Silverhand, when Fortnite could've easily substituted it for a character that might have been less stressful to try and get the likeness right for.

Kill Bill

The Bride Slashes Her Way Into Battle Royale with Tarantino and Thurman at the Helm

  • Introduced in: Chapter 7 Season 1 (November 29, 2025)
  • Featured Items: The Bride (skin), Gogo Yubari (skin), Yuki Yubari (skin), The Lost Chapter: Yuki's Revenge (animation)

Quentin Tarantino's fourth movie, Kill Bill, is violence of a whole bloody affair, so to see one of Tarantino's most violent creations get a whole feature in Fortnite is a blast. Not only does Uma Thurman's likeness really shine as part of the Chapter 7 Season 1 Battle Pass, but she actually provides voice and motion capture for Fortnite's first mini-movie, The Lost Chapter: Yuki's Revenge.

Tarantino's The Lost Chapter: Yuki's Revenge is an amazing collab in Fortnite that shows the talent and synergy that Fortnite can have with other famed creators, as it's a whole 10 minutes of a never-filmed part of Kill Bill, brought to animation through the Unreal Engine.

South Park

The Boys Are Back in Town, Including the Powerful Stick of Truth

  • Introduced in: Chapter 7 Season 1 (January 9, 2026)
  • Featured Items: Cartman (skin), Kenny (skin), Stan (skin), Kyle (skin), Butters (skin), the Stick of Truth (Mythic)

South Park is one of the more surprising collabs to come to Fortnite simply due to how outrageous the series is compared to this kid's game. Nevertheless, it provides one of the best collabs the game has ever seen. Not only was South Park introduced to Fortnite with its own cinematic that felt like a mini-episode, but the skins provided were the best way to bring the boys into the game by providing them with mech suits that represent their characters.

Cartman gets a mech inspired by Awesome-O, Kenny's mech is designed with junk to showcase his poor home status, and Butters gets to become Professor Chaos. Not only are the skins a great addition, but the Stick of Truth is a Mythic that can randomly spawn, which will bring the storm circle to whoever wields it to speed up the end of the game.
