In First Class Trouble, a team of six players works against each other to reach their goal. Four Residents try to stop the two Personoids in the process. As Residents, players have two choices. They either take out the Personoids, or the AI system known as "CAIN," to win. The game is similar to the well-known Among Us, as the goal is the same: find the impostors and complete the task at hand.

First Class Trouble takes players through different stages, each of which includes different tasks that the players have to complete. People must be very vigilant and try to work together to reach the goal of their character. Meanwhile, Residents have to focus on more than just the task at hand, as Personoids (or imposters) will be on the lookout to take them out discretely during the game, sabotaging their task. Here's how Residents can outwit their foes to win.

7 Pay Attention To Players During Voting

When players are asked to vote off teammates, the process consists of two steps. First, the Resident players' job is to vote off a suspicious character who might be a Personoid. In the second part of the voting process, the game will ask the players if all Personoids are gone.

Know that here, every Personoid will most likely say yes. If the majority votes "yes," the game will end then and there. If all Personoids are in fact gone, Residents will win. If not, Personoids will take the cake. As a Resident, a player's duty will be to look out for any suspicious behavior during the game, but the voting process in particular can reveal players acting shady, helping Residents deduct who the impostor is.

6 Shutting Down CAIN

First Class Trouble Gameplay

Apart from identifying all impostors, a second option for Resident victory would be to finish their task and shut down the AI, "CAIN." But this is not as simple as it sounds. To cross the bridge that leads to the AI, one additional player needs to activate it for others to cross. This means that the Resident crossing the bridge needs to fully trust the person handling the bridge.

For Residents, this last phase is the ultimate trial of trust. The decision to cross with a fellow teammate's help will be determined by previous clues, as those will help a Resident decide whether the teammate is trustworthy or not. Be careful, because if a Personoid manages to cross or disable the bridge, it's practically game-over for the Resident team.

5 Know How Kill Mechanics Work

First Class Trouble Taking Out Team Members

First Class Trouble loves to put a fun twist on anything it can. One such twist is the trust game that revolves around the activation of the bridge, and another is the way Residents can kill each other. Each killing needs three people present, one of which is understandably, the victim. A second character holds down the victim, while a third performs a co-op kill. Only a Resident can perform a co-op kill, and for a Personoid to take part in a co-op kill, one of the killers must be a Resident.

This means that if a Resident wants to take out a suspicious character, they can't be sure that the other person involved in the killing isn't a Personoid themselves. Personoids, on the other hand, are capable of solo-killing with syringes they can find across the map. All players are also capable of stunning each other with various items. This will not kill anyone, but is useful around the bridge, or when fleeing.

4 Look For Clues & Gather Equipment

Apart from obvious suspicious behavior from fellow teammates, there are other clues hidden around each area of the game to help identify the Personoids. In order to win as a Resident, a player must find all keycards, and take out the impostors, or disable CAIN. But there are additional passenger logs, which hold clues to which person on board is an impostor. This will come in handy when voting people off or taking them out.

In addition to looking for clues and carrying out the task at hand, it's also smart to gather equipment hidden around each map. These can be champagne bottles, beer bottles, paper planes, and rackets. Any of these can stun other players, so having these can be vital for the gameplay.

3 Scanners & Logs

First Class Trouble Passenger Logs

Passenger logs can help narrow down the identity of an impostor, so it's crucial for Residents to collect as many as possible to put together the pieces. Each log contains multiple names, some of which are names of Residents, so acquiring more helps narrow down the search.

Additionally, scanners hidden on the maps can pinpoint imposters in the game. However, these scanners are found in airlocks, and two people are needed to access them. One needs to hold the door open, and the other needs to get the scanner. If, however, the person holding the door is an imposter, they can trap and kill Residents using the airlock. "Corpse scanners" on each map can also used to scan the identity of a dead person. Therefore, if someone finds a body, and their scanner reveals that it was an imposter, they know that only one remains.

2 Watch Out For Oxygen Levels

Each map has to be cleared before the oxygen runs out, meaning that each section of the game is timed. Players can win time by repairing oxygen stations or looting oxygen tanks, but the safest bet is to move on to the next stage once the oxygen levels are shown in red.

If no one has canisters left, players may die. If every Resident dies this way, and there are still Personoids in the team, the imposters win. This gets even trickier when there are more tasks to do. Imposters are a bigger threat in these cases, meaning Residents will need all the time they can get.

1 Escape Plan

Having an escape plan is crucial in a game like this, but First Class Trouble doesn't let its players get out so easily. There's an escape pod on each level of the game. Using it, anyone can escape when in a risky situation. However, there's a couple of catches.

The first catch is that using the pod takes time, giving other players time to catch someone in the act, and stop them from escaping. The second catch is that when someone escapes, they automatically forfeit the game, leaving the rest of the task to the other teammates. If, however, the player who escaped was the last of the Residents, the Personoids win by default, and vice versa.

First Class Trouble is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Microsoft Windows.
