Fire Emblem: Three Hopes is expected to follow the release cycle typical of most major Nintendo Switch titles. This means players should be able to digitally access the full game starting Friday, June 24th at 12 AM ET–or Thursday, June 23rd at 9 PM PT for those on the west coast.

It is important to note that some Nintendo Switch games are not made available until 3 PM ET/12 PM PT on the day of release. However, this delayed time usually only affects third-party titles, so a AAA title like Fire Emblem: Three Hopes should be available to those interested in burning the midnight oil.

Can I Keep My Progress from the Fire Emblem: Three Hopes Demo?

A couple of weeks ago, Fire Emblem: Three Hopes released an extensive 8 GB demo that contained the first four chapters of the game in all three routes: Scarlet Blaze, Azure Gleam, and Golden Wildfire. Players who dove into the demo are in luck; progress made during the demo is saved, so they won't lose their progress in the full game.

How to Pre-Load Fire Emblem: Three Hopes

Pre-loading Fire Emblem: Three Hopes is easy. All one needs to do is pre-purchase the game from the Nintendo Switch store, which runs for the standard $60. The game itself is 13.4 GB–meaning the demo itself was over half its total size–so the download shouldn’t take long for players who already had the demo.

Once Fire Emblem: Three Hopes goes live at midnight ET, there will probably be a short update to download. Once the update is complete, they should be able to dive into Fire Emblem: Three Hopes and rewrite the history of Fodlan once more.
