The resources in Grounded 2 can be easily found in their respective regions, but only players who explore will be able to find them all. Milkweed Tuft is one of the mid-game resources used to craft some items, including Chill Reduction gear and base items. Players will need to have an upgraded Omni-Axe before they can head out and harvest this resource. So, here's where you can find the Milkweed Tufts in Grounded 2.
How to Get Grubs in Grounded 2
Grub is one of the early game resources that players will craft most of the gear at the start and in mid-game, here's how to get it in Grounded 2.
Milkweed Tuft Location in Grounded 2
Milkweed Tufts can be found directly south of the Picnic Table area, hanging off the plants in Grounded 2. But before you make your way to the location, make sure you have the following items to avoid wasting a trip.
- Omni-Axe Tier 2
- A bow & some arrows
Players can get the Omni-Axe tier 2 upgrade by first hunting down a few Cockroaches to get two Roach Chunks. Afterward, you'll need to get some Blueberries, which can be found in the same area as the Milkweed Tufts, to craft two Blueberry Leather at the Workbench. If you have 2000 Raw Science stored up, head to a Ranger Terminal to upgrade your Omni-Axe to tier 2.
Once you have the items mentioned above, head to the location marked on the map above. Once you reach the area, look on the ground or up in the plants to spot a Milkweed Pod. Its distinct, cylindrical shape with rough texture on the outside and brown color will help you identify it from afar. Once you find one, use your bow to bring it down to the ground.
After that, simply chop off its outer layer with your tier 2 Omni-Axe to get a few Milkweed Tufts. However, you can continue chopping at the Milkweed Pod to break it down completely and harvest more Milkweed Tufts from it. Once you've gotten enough material, make sure to return to a Ranger Outpost and scan the Milkweed Tufts in a Resource Analyzer to discover all the recipes that you can craft out of them in Grounded 2.
