Best In Slot Gear For White Mage
White Mages are generally the easiest to gear for, as their BiS is not determined by a specific Spell Speed threshold. As a result, players who frequently play other healers may want to build their gear set around the other job's requirements. However, if White Mage is the player's choice for an optimized healer gearset, the stats players will want to prioritize are Mind and Critical Hit Rate.

Pre-Raid BiS
Because the White Mage uses so much of the Light-heavy gearset from the Normal Arcadion Raids, players will need to grind the raid many times over several weeks before being able to purchase all of these pieces. Until they are finished farming the necessary gear, either the Extreme Trial gear or the Tomestone Gear is a solid substitute.
If players are Alarmclocking (running the Savage Raid on release) they will not have time to grind all of these gear pieces and should eliminate the body piece and ring, substituting it for Tomestone gear instead.
Best In Slot Gear For Astrologian
Astrologian is a Job that has many low cooldown abilities to manage, and as a result, these players tend to want a bit more Spell Speed than their White Mage counterparts, but not much. Instead, the stats to prioritize will be Mind and Determination, with a heavy emphasis on Savage Aim Materia for melding.
