Where to Find Salt in Fantasy Life i
Once players switch to the Cook Life, they’ll unlock the ability to prepare meals that boost HP, SP, Attack, and other attributes. However, these meals can only be created if the player has all the necessary ingredients. Salt is one of the most frequently used materials in cooking, and acquiring it early on ensures you’ll be well-prepared for crafting nourishing meals. To find out where Salt is located, players can use the in-game Recipe List. Follow these steps:
- Open the menu and navigate to the Recipe List.
- Select any meal that requires Salt.
- Highlight Salt in the ingredient list and click to open the Material Info.
- Swipe through the available locations listed to see where Salt can be acquired.

One beginner-friendly recipe using Salt is Hamburg Steak, which provides +210 HP and a +20 Attack boost for 30 seconds. It’s a great early-game dish for players who need an edge in battle.
