Chinese Stealth Armor Location
The Chinese Stealth Armor is located in the Hoover Dam. This is the area that all the conflict in the game is based around. You can find it to the east of Boulder City. Follow the roads outside of Boulder and you will find signs pointing you towards it. The dam is under NCR control, so be on good terms with them or wear a disguise to walk freely around the area.
Enter the Hoover Dam Offices
The entrance to the dam is on the western side of it. Enter the visitor center through one of the entrances.
Use the stairs or elevator to descend into Hoover Dam Power Plant 01.
Avoid the power plant floor below and find the door on the left. Enter it to reach the Hoover Dam Offices.
Find the Radioactive Waste Room
The Hoover Dam Offices is a confusing set of corridors with many small rooms. There may be high ranking NCR leaders around if you're far enough in the main story. Be careful as they may see through your disguise if your reputation is low with the faction. Walk straight out from where you started, then clockwise making your way around to the right.
At the end of the corridor there will be a room marked with radiation warnings on the right. Two sets of Chinese Stealth Armor are stashed in wooden crates to the left of the radioactive barrels. Grabbing them will be considered stealing. This means that the suit may be confiscated if you're ever caught by the NCR while stealing from them.
How to Repair Stealth Armor
You can use one of the sets to repair the Chinese Stealth Armor. You can also use Recon Armor, which can be purchased at the Gun Runners or Hidden Valley. You can repair the armor using any light armor if you acquire the Jury Rigging perk.
