How to Get Vault 94 Scout Armor Mask in Fallout 76
While there used to be a few quests that allowed you to get a hold of the Vault 94 Scout Armor Mask, there is now only one method you can use to get the item: purchase it from the Gold Bullion vendor Regs. He can specifically be found inside Vault 79, located in the northeastern section of the map. You can find it in the mountains north of Bailey Family Cabin and the Red Rocket Mega Stop.
You'll find Vault 79 within the Mysterious Cave. To get inside, you'll need to enter the access code given to you after you've completed the main quest From Russia with Lev. This quest will be a part of the quest chain that starts with The New Arrivals, which you will get the minute you step out of Vault 76. To start From Russia with Lev, you can visit The Crater, found in the northern region of the map and west of Knife Edge.
Then, once inside Vault 79, you'll find Regs at the back, and he can sell the Scout Armor Mask plan to you for 1,650 Gold Bullion. If you aren't sure how to get Gold Bullion, we will go over this in the next section.

How to Get Gold Bullion in Fallout 76
Since the Vault 94 Scout Armor Mask will cost you a good amount of Gold Bullion, we will provide you with a few methods on how to stock up on the currency.
- Earned from completing the Secrets Revealed quest, found in Vault 79.
- Earned from completing Settler/Raider Daily Quests, and competing in Public Events. You can find these on the map, under the World Activity tab in the bottom left. These change often, and usually list the rewards that come with them. After completing a Quest or Event, you'll get Treasury Notes, which you can exchange for Gold Bullion at a Gold Press Machine, found in areas like The Crater, The Whitespring Resort, and Foundation.
- Purchased from Smiley at The Wayward. It will cost you 1,000 Caps to get 50 Gold Bullion in return.
You'll want to keep in mind that you can only get 400 Gold Bullion from Treasury Notes a day, and only 300 Gold Bullion a week from Smiley. If you currently don't have any Gold Bullion, this means it will take a couple of days before you'll have enough for the Vault 94 Scout Armor Mask.
