Perhaps the most reliable way to get bottles of Nuka-Cola Twist is to complete any of the events from the Nuka-World On Tour content expansion. All of them take place in the titular Nuka-World On Tour fairground in the Ash Heap region, and since they're public events, you'll get a notification every time one of them becomes active. The events in question are:

  1. Most Wanted: Players must steal tickets from safes and cardboard citizen cut-outs in the event area and deposit them into a wagon, all while defending themselves from waves of robots.
  2. Tunnel of Love: Set in a tunnel of love attraction near Lewisburg, players must help a robot named Mr. Lovely in setting the event area up as the perfect wedding venue.
  3. Seismic Activity: Players need to band together to destroy Ultracite crystals and defeat an Ultracite Titan.
  4. Spin the Wheel: Survive several rounds of randomized challenges to earn rewards.

Each of these events reward one Nuka-Cola Twist bottle among many other items, including legendary items, Caps, and more. A public event begins at the top of the hour and every 20 minutes after.
