A fan going by the name OneAboveAII has shared their creation of Pedro Pascal's Joel in Fallout 4. The creation was made in vanilla Fallout 4, using no mods, and yet manages to create a very impressive reproduction of how the actor looks in his Joel role. The facial structure of their Fallout 4 Sole Survivor strongly resembles Pascal, including his furrowed brow and smile lines. While not exactly identical, the player also did a good job of finding a similar outfit for him to wear.

The creation has drawn a lot of praise from the Fallout community. Fallout features a fairly detailed character creator for a game of its age, but that doesn't mean it's easy to recreate real-life figures believably. Many players rely on mods to either create their own versions of characters, or download a new character outright from a platform like NexusMods. One fan was so impressed by this particular non-modded creation that they asked if the OP would be willing to create a special lookalike character for them.

What's New With The Last of Us and Fallout?

Fallout and The Last of Us are in something of a holding pattern right now. Both Fallout 4 and The Last of Us Part 2 have seen remasters or ports released in recent times, and new fans are still watching the two live-action TV shows based on the games. Fans are especially excited for the next season of The Last of Us, but that probably won't premiere until 2025.

Fallout' s TV series is getting a season 2, but the wait for that may be even longer considering season 1 just barely aired. Unfortunately, there are no new games or TV adaptations on the immediate horizon, but the incredible games are more widely available than ever, so revisiting them to pass the time is always an option.
