The Museum of Witchcraft in Fallout 4 is not that difficult to find. You just need to go to the northeast of the Commonwealth. It is located between Salem and Hugo’s Hole, and it is also marked with a witch’s hat icon and looks like an abandoned church.
How to Get into the Museum of Witchcraft in Fallout 4
Getting into the Museum of Witchcraft in Fallout 4 is not that easy since the main door is locked from the inside. Because of this, players will have to find another way of entering, and fortunately, there is one. You can access the basement of the building and use it to get into the museum proper.
In order to get into the museum’s basement, you will need to find the cellar door. If you face the front of the building, you will see a wooden fence on the right. It is in very poor condition, featuring a gap that players can walk through. Behind the fence, you will find a garden with a dead body lying near a tree.
The body belongs to Private Hart, and you can loot a holotape from it. The entrance to the basement is right next to the body. If you pick up the holotape, you will initiate The Devil’s Due quest, which should mark the location of the cellar door and make it easier for players to find.

In the Museum of Witchcraft, you can encounter a powerful deathclaw. Players can also pursue two quests here. The first one is The Devil’s Due. As part of this side quest, you will have to figure out the fate of the Gunners who were killed by the deathclaw.
The second quest is called The Paper Mirror and can be initiated by picking up the player’s story note, which can be found in a broken glass case with a candle inside. Completing this side quest will reward you with the anti-materiel rifle.
