With the series incorporating the notion of redemption and forgiveness for its antagonists, many of Fairy Tail's female villains eventually renounce their villainous goals. However, some remained despicable to the core till the very end, cementing themselves as the pinnacle of evil and going down as some of the most ruthless characters in the show’s history.

The premier of Fairy Tail's 100 Years Quest sequel has introduced a few more names to the series' villainous landscape, and these ladies are stronger than anything Fairy Tail's mages have gone up against. This list has been updated with a few more entries based on the events of the series’ sequel.

Be it her menacing appearance or the absent expressions, Flare Corona positioned herself as a force to be reckoned with from her very first appearance. As an elite member of the Raven Tail guild, Flare’s strength and overall prowess were never under question, yet her dirty tricks and cowardly antics depicted her as nothing more than a distasteful villain.
Flare eventually redeemed herself in the Sun Village arc, joining forces with the Fairy Tail mages. However, the damage had already been done to her character after she tortured and humiliated Lucy Heartfilia during the Grand Magic Games.

Sorana, formerly known as Angel, underwent several changes to her disposition, going from an arrogant and sadistic villain during her time in Oracion Seis to a caring sister in Sabertooth. While Sorana may have redeemed herself eventually, her legacy remains tainted by her heinous acts as a member of Oracion Seis and Oracion Seis Reborn.
Some of her most villainous acts include the murder of Karen Lilica, torturing the members of the alliance against Oracion Seis, and attempting to awaken the sealed magic Nirvana. She eventually joined Crime Sorciere to atone for her sins, though she was later reunited with her sister Yukino in Sabertooth.

Known as the "Warrior Queen" for her feats on the battlefield, Dimaria Yesta is one of Spriggan 12’s most fearsome fighters. Bearing the power of Chronos, the god of time, Dimaria is capable of ruling over time and space itself as she can freeze the former with the click of her teeth.
While Dimaria may present a more relaxed persona with an amusing smile, her true essence shines on the battlefield. Her ruthless nature and commanding composure present her as a true warrior, simply debilitating any opponent with her fearsome presence.

Being Erza Scarlet’s Edolas counterpart, Erza Knightwalker bore the same tenacity and iron-willed spirit. However, her twister disposition portrayed the dark side of these positive qualities as she stopped at nothing to achieve her goals.
Despite being born without magic, Knightwalker’s strength was comparable to Fairy Tail’s Erza, seeing how she took down the entirety of the Edolas Fairy Tail guild. However, her merciless and cruel disposition could not fare against Erza Scarlet’s just nature and pure will.

A member of Guiltina's strongest guild Diabolos, Kiria is a fierce woman with an insatiable bloodlust. With the flesh of Dragons being the direct source of her power, Kiria is a Sixth Generation Dragon Slayer that far exceeds the strength of most of her counterparts.
Kiria is a sadist through and through, with her magic being able to nullify her opponent's will. Unlike her fellow members of Diabolos, Kiria's motivation stems from her thirst for battle, instead of acting on the orders of her guild. She currently stands as one of the strongest female villains in the sequel, adding to the carnage that is yet to take place in Guiltina.

Equipped with an ancient magic known as White Magic, Faris can steal the magic of others, along with taking control of others' bodies. Since Faris is originally from another world called Elentear, her powers are unlike anything witnessed before on Earthland.

Moreover, Selene is known to traverse dimensions, alternating between Elentear and Earthland. With god-like powers at her disposal, Selene is set to become the guild’s biggest obstacle in completing the 100 Years Quest. She was also the perpetrator behind Faris’ villainous actions, as she threatened to wipe out her home world of Elentear.
