Escape From Tarkov,  the explosively popular FPS game applauded for its realism, is adding two World War 2-era weapons to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Soviet Union's defeat of Nazi Germany. The two weapons are the Colt M1911 pistol and the PPSH-41 submachine gun.

Both weapons are famous for their use during World War 2 and should prove to be worthwhile additions to the game. Escape From Tarkov emphasizes on realism in regards to its movement, equipment management, and weapons, with animations for nearly every aspect of their use being featured in-game. Both weapons appeared to be well detailed, though the PPSH, in particular, is a standout.
