Cat Quest 2 is still up for grabs on the Epic Games Store until April 10, which gives those who added its predecessor to their libraries a chance to continue their adventure. After that, though, Arcadegeddon and Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms from Dungeons & Dragons are offering surprises of their own.

There are two important things players need to know about the freebies for the week of April 10, and that's the fact that the giveaway isn't exactly made up of free games at all. Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms and Arcadegeddon are free-to-play titles that are offering some limited-time items to new and concurrent players through Epic exclusively. The Epic Games Store manages to snag these little live-service bundles from time to time for its free games promotion, one recent example being the Apex Legends Loba unlock pack for February 13. It gives the titles a chance to shine, offering rare goodies for both new and old players who add the game to their libraries.
Arcadegeddon Players Can Get a Premium Currency Boost
Some players may be familiar with Arcadegeddon when it first launched in 2021. The multiplayer FPS title blends in roguelite mechanics by allowing players to mix-and-match hacked pieces of their character as they fight to save an arcade from corporate viruses. It was originally an Epic Games Store exclusive when it first launched, but the developers at Illfonic brought it to Steam soon after. Arcadegeddon has now been rereleased as a free-to-play experience, and those who pick it up through Epic Games will get a starting bonus of 5,000 Arcoins to use as they see fit. If Arcadegeddon's page on the digital storefront is anything to go by, fans can relax even among the non-stop action and enjoy learning the fun yet easy mechanics it offers.

Dungeons & Dragons Fans Can Jump into Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms For Incredible Freebies
Alongside Arcadegeddon, Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is enticing players to log in or start playing by giving away tons of valuable items. This unique strategy management game brings together tons of locations, characters, and creatures from across multiple Dungeons & Dragons media into one experience. For a limited time, and only on the Epic Games Store, players will be able to get the Astarion's Champions of Renown pack when they log in starting on April 11.
