Rooibos are little green plants in Enshrouded that serve multiple purposes and are essential for players who want to upgrade their Flame Altars to Level 5. Additionally, they are also used to prepare spices and Rooibos seedlings. However, these plants come with a twist.
Two types of green plants contain Rooibos, though in different quantities. The tricky part about them is that they are only found in one location on the map, and to come across plants that lend Rooibos in excess is where things can get hectic. Where are Rooibos Found in Enshrouded?
Rooibos are only found in the Nomad Highlands. However, there are multiple spots you can use to find them in abundance.
Before diving into these plants' locations, it's crucial to familiarize yourself with their appearance to know what to look for. Rooibos is typically found in green plants that have spiky leaves sprouting out of them. These plants also feature yellow-colored flowers. However, green plants that do not contain flowers can also lend players Rooibos, but in smaller quantities. In essence, the amount of Rooibos you’ll get from a plant depends on the presence of flowers.
- When harvesting from a green bushy plant with yellow-colored flowers, players will get three Rooibos.
- IWhen harvesting from a green bushy plant with the yellow-colored flowers absent, players will get only one Rooibos.
Rooibos Location in Enshrouded
As stated, Rooibos can only be found in the Nomad Highlands. To find them in abundance, head towards Umber Hollow, located in the southern region of the Highlands. Players can quickly travel to this location by gliding towards it from the Nomad Highland’s Ancient Spire.
However, it’s vital to note that a Shroud is present there. Rooibos cannot be found in the Shroud, so exploring that area on the map is useless. Along with the Shroud, you’ll have to contest enemies ranging from Level 15 to Level 23. Hence, players must maintain their distance from the Shroud and be equipped with gear that can easily tackle the enemies coming towards them.
Once you’ve defeated the monsters spawned at your location, you can start looking for Rooibos plants and harvesting them. Players can find Rooibos in two more locations within the Nomad Highlands:
- The Western Region
- The Desert Region
However, be cautious about the Shroud and enemies spawning there.
