Survival out in the wild is never an easy task, and with the environment being a potential danger in Enshrouded, players would be wise to keep their wits about them and ensure that all the equipment they carry is in tip-top shape at all times.

How to Get a Workbench in Enshrouded

It can be quite annoying to lose tools and weapons over time as their durability reduces with each use, but thankfully, Enshrouded gives players the necessary mechanic to prevent that from happening, as long as they pay attention.

While the starting tools are not going to be that effective, players need not waste resources to constantly craft new ones just because they can break. Instead, look at the crafting menu and notice that there is a Workbench that can be constructed at the base. It will require 3 Strings and 8 Wood Logs.

The former can be made from three Plant Fibers that are retrieved from bushes, while the latter can be easily obtained from chopping down nearby trees. Once you have all of these resources in hand, craft a Workbench and place it anywhere in the base.

Now that the useful Workbench is around, players can stop worrying over the durability of their equipment. Anytime durability is running low, simply walk up to the Workbench and press E to interact with it. This will lead players to the crafting screen and will repair all of the equipment that is in their inventory at the same time.

There is no need to find more resources that were initially required to craft these tools or weapons in the first place, which is a very convenient quality-of-life tweak that makes life a little easier for players facing the dangers of the fog. Always keep an eye out on the durability bar of items in your inventory, and make regular visits to the Workbench to keep them from breaking.
