How to Enter the Veilwater Basin Biome in Enshrouded

Enshrouded Ancient Spire - Albaneve Summits

Before you explore the Veilwater Basin biome, it’s a good idea to level up your character to at least Level 35 and have fully upgraded gear and weapons. The Veilwater Basin is designed as an endgame area and sits near the Albaneve Summits.

The easiest and most direct way to enter Veilwater Basin is by starting your journey from the Ancient Spire - Albaneve Summits. This high vantage point is the perfect launch location for gliding southwest toward your destination.

Next, equip your glider and fly directly southwest to the Elixir Production Site in one smooth glide. This stop acts as a waypoint between the Albaneve Summits and Veilwater Basin.

Once you reach the Elixir Production Site, get ready to take down some enemies. Clear them out and move west through the complex. Make sure to keep an eye out for a rugged pathway ahead. This route will lead you straight to the Passage to Veilwater Basin, a rocky corridor that marks the transition from the snowy summits to the new tropical zone.

Most of the passage is shrouded, so equip shroud-resistant gear or elixirs before you proceed.

Continue moving through the wooden bridges and stone terrain until you reach sandy pathways. Follow the sand northwest and then left, and soon you’ll reach the Veilwater Basin Outlook. You can also find a Return Beacon nearby.

Once you’re inside the Veilwater Basin, you can explore the breathtaking tropical paradise filled with dense jungles, golden beaches, and mysterious underwater ruins. It’s a good idea to carry items that enhance underwater exploration. These boost your oxygen supply, and you can explore the Basin’s underwater ruins safely.

You’ll find new areas, like the Capybara Oasis and the abandoned town of Riverreach, each with new quests, challenges, and rewards. There are also a lot of new resources, like Bamboo, Crab Meat, Ginger, Shell and Tropical Wood.
