The Blessing of High Isle set is in a bit of an odd spot, though that doesn't necessarily make it one of Elder Scrolls Online's worst armor sets. Introduced with the High Isle Chapter, the eponymous Blessing of High Isle armor set is oriented towards magicka users and players who receive healing regularly.

Generally, magicka-oriented players stay away from the middle of combat and therefore don't need to heal as often as an up-close-and-personal stamina player. Self-healing also procs its full equip bonus, though – remembering to trigger this effect as often as possible can significantly increase damage output, even in solo situations where other ESO players can't heal you.

Receiving healing from any source gives +369 Weapon/Spell Damage for 5 seconds

The Blessing of High Isle armor set is one oriented towards Magicka-based DPS, though a Magicka-based tank could also benefit from the healing buff. With two, three, and four pieces equipped players gain normal buffs to Max Magicka and Magicka Regen. With a full equip bonus, any healing on the player gives them a +369 boost to Weapon and Spell Damage for 5 seconds.

In group and solo situations both, players get passively healed from a variety of effects. Self-healing, party member healing, and all other means of restoring Health through abilities trigger this bonus, so be sure to keep some kind of healing ability at the ready for a short-term boost to damage output whenever you need it.

How To Get The Blessing of High Isle Armor Set

Elder Scrolls Online High Isle Volcanic Vent Overworld Armor Sets

The Blessing of High Isle armor set is acquired through activities throughout High Isle and Amenos. It is classified as an Overworld armor set, meaning that different pieces to the set drop from different Bosses and public content throughout both islands in the archipelago.

Delve, World, and Public Dungeon bosses all drop the gear and weapons to the set, while Volcanic Vents and Trials in the High Isle Chapter drop jewelry (rings and necklaces). When taking on these public activities, be sure to take on their associated Daily Quests, as the rewards for High Isle Dailies can sometimes include pieces to this set, too.

The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle is available for PC, and will be available for Playstation and Xbox systems on June 21, 2022
