While some of the exploits featured in the original release have been patched out in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, players have discovered a bunch of new glitches that allow for permanent enchantments and more. The Oblivion Remastered permanent enchantment glitch removes the need to recharge magic items, letting players enjoy fortified stats and other buffs indefinitely.
Enchanted items are very powerful in Oblivion Remastered, but their powers are kept in check with a continuously draining energy meter that has to be recharged with Soul Gems or Varla Stones. This permanent enchantment glitch keeps the enchanted items' active effects while they're unequipped, so players don't have to worry about charging their gear all the time. It's a slight variation of the existing duplication glitch, too, so it's easy to do on both PC and consoles.

How to Do the Permanent Enchantment Glitch in Oblivion Remastered
To do the Oblivion Remastered permanent enchantment glitch, players first need to choose an enchanted item with active effects that they would like to keep. That enchanted item should then be placed in an empty container like a chest or a crate. Then, players should drag and drop a large stack of items from their inventory like arrows or lockpicks (the duplication glitch helps with this) onto the enchanted item in the container. On consoles, players should press R1/RB and X/A at the same time to transfer the item stack instead of dragging and dropping.
If done correctly, there should be a large stack of duplicated enchanted items in the player's inventory. One of those enchanted items should then be equipped. After that, the big stack of arrows or lockpicks should be placed back into the container. The stack won't actually be moved over to the container, but this step cannot be ignored to make the glitch work. To finish off the glitch, move the stack of duplicated enchanted items over to the container. At this point, all copies of the targeted enchanted item — including the one that was equipped — will be removed from the player's inventory.
Even though the enchanted items are gone, the active effects will still be applied. To confirm that everything has worked, players can check the active effects tab of the magic menu. The active effects should still be attributed to the enchanted gear even though it's not equipped. The enchantments will remain active permanently, letting Oblivion Remastered players enjoy the effects of powerful rings and armor without worrying about keeping them charged.
